These house rules are designed to make your stay and that of other guests as pleasant as possible.          

Reception and keys:
We do not offer 24-hour service. We can always be reached for emergencies at 0031 111820990.  Minimum staff attendance: 8:00-11:00 am and at check-in between 4:00 and 6:00 pm.

Your key will fit the gate (also lock it again please if closed) and the first entrance door at the entrance. Your key will not fit the large door of the breakfast room, which is only open when staff is present. The emergency exit at the end of the corridor is there for EMERGENCY only, i.e. private property.

Check-in and check-out:
– Check-in times from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
– Check-out is possible until 10:30 a.m. at the latest.

Breakfast:
Buffet breakfast is standard from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. At low occupancy, this may vary.

The building:
1. All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside under the shelter if it does not disturb others.

2. In the building is free Wifi available.

3. The building is equipped with an automatic ventilation system with heat recovery. No need to open the windows to change the air, plenty of outside air comes in. On hot summer days, even preferably not. There is also a heat pump on the ventilation system that helps heating and provides some cooling in the summer. In the evening around 10 p.m., it goes to a lower speed so you won’t hear it.

4. The lounge is available for relaxing. You can watch TV here until 24:00 at the latest. Here you can consume beverages from our trust bar.
On our terrace you can socialize until 22:00, after that it should be quiet on the terrace . Also here you can have drinks from our trust bar. Taking your own drinks and food on the terrace or lounge is not appreciated.

5. There is a shoe closet in the reception hall. You can use these to store your dirty walking shoes or change your (cycling) shoes.

6. The books and magazines in the lounge are for general use. Not to take away.

7. Alcohol abuse and trafficking in and use of (soft) drugs are prohibited at this address. You may be removed from the hotel for this purpose.

8. Please respect the privacy and quiet of your fellow guests. Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. In the morning, we allow everyone to rest (including local residents).

9. During all circumstances, we respect your privacy. However, we are authorized to enter your room if you do not comply with our house rules. In extreme cases, we may vacate your room and remove you from your room.

10. In the event of a fire or emergency alarm, exit through the nearest exterior door. To do so, follow the green/white illuminated signs. On one wall of the hall you will find a floor plan. Gather under canopy terrace or if not possible at Badhotel entrance on opposite side.

Intentionally causing false alarms will be fined €500 plus actual costs.

11. Improper use of fire extinguishers, or if the fire alarm system goes off due to smoking in the room, this will be fined € 500,= plus actual costs.

12. Washer/dryer use please ask at the reception desk. (use for a fee)

13. Pets are not allowed.

Rooms:

14. We ask that you respect the decoration of the rooms. We expect our guests to handle the inventory with care.

15. The infliction of damage to and theft of hotel inventory will be charged to the perpetrator and jointly and severally liable person. Fine €250 plus actual damages.

16. We will always report theft and/or intentional vandalism to the police.

17. A crib can be added upon request and for a fee.

Environmental Facilities:

18. 66 solar panels, 12 shower heat recovery systems, ventilation system with 90% heat efficiency with a heat pump on it for auxiliary heating and cooling. Also a wood stove that also heats the central heating system, this is only stoked by staff because of smoke inside. In the context of environment and climate, we also ask you to contribute; if you want the towels to be changed, please put them on the floor in the shower.

Responsibility:

19. We are not responsible for loss,  personal injury, medical expenses or damage to property, damage to parked cars or other items.

20. Parking of car or bicycle on the premises and/or in the parking lot or under shelter is at your own risk.

21. Rental of E-bikes or other bicycles is at your own risk. Damage is for tenant.
