Cancellation Policy

Reservations can only be cancelled in writing or by mail. The following fees are associated with a cancellation:

If you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before arrival, you will pay the entire reservation excluding tourist tax. This means 5 days before 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. (This also applies in case of a no show).

Reservations for the Non Refundable rate is not cancellable and cannot be rescheduled.

In the event that you wish to move your reservation and the new date is more expensive than the original reservation, we will be forced to charge you the difference. Relocation must be requested before the cancellation policy is in effect.

Do you have at least three rooms reserved in group? Then other cancellation terms apply to you.

The following fees are associated with a cancellation.

• Cancellation from the 21st day before arrival 25% of total reservation.
• For cancellation from the 20th day to the 8th day of arrival 50% of the total reservation.
• For cancellation from the 7th to the day of arrival or no show 100% of the total reservation.
• The cancellation insurance is not valid for groups of 3 rooms or more.

Payment terms

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, pin, American Express, V-Pay and cash as payment methods.

In the case of a failed card load, you will receive an error message.

Payment is due or payable upon arrival.

These conditions apply only to reservations made directly with Hotel Blooker. Reservations made through other booking sites may be subject to different terms and conditions.

In order to save you, in case of a certain incident these costs, we recommend that you take care of a good travel insurance.
